About
Introduction
I am active as a research assistant and psychologist at Altrecht Eating disorders. Besides my work at Altrecht, I am active as a teacher in Clinical Psychology at the University of Utrecht. In 2019 I obtained my bachelors degree in Social Psychology at the University of Utrecht and in 2021 I obtained my masters degree in Health and Medical Psychology at the University of Leiden. The past few years I have been active as a research assistant at the University of Amsterdam and University of Leiden, where I worked on research regarding wonder in primary education and completed my masterthesis on sexual dysfunctioning in patients with Lyme disease. Before working at the University of Utrecht, I was active as a teacher Health, Medical and Neuropsychology at the University of Leiden.Research
At Altrecht Eating disorders I work mostly on the promotion research of Alberte Jansingh on a health-economic evaluation of time-limited versus open-ended treatment in patients with anorexia nervosa alongside two paired prospective cohorts. Besides I work on a validation study on the Dutch version of the ED-15, a brief session-by-session questionnaire to measure changes in eating disorder cognitions and behaviors, used in clinical practice.Publications
